We dealt online with aspects of skateboarding injury prevention in parallel from three different perspectives: from professional skateboarder, physical trainer and sports physiotherapy.

Stability exercises and strength work for both upper and lower body, use of elastic bands and other tools incorporated in training routines for your skate sessions. Special focus on plyometrics and jumping power work.
